Usage limit reached, but $10 available, and it says $0 used

I have not been able to get the API to give me a successful response yet. Whenever I call it through the playground I get the following error message.

You've reached your usage limit. See your [usage dashboard]( and [billing settings]( for more details. If you have further questions, please contact us through our help center at

I set my usage limit to $10, and my current usage says $0. I funded my account with $10. However, I still get this error message.

Not sure what to try next.

Looks like it just takes forever for the credit to become available. It seems to be working now.
