URL Is labled: text-davinci-002 while using GPT-3.5

Hello, I am using GPT-3.5 right now due to the amount of messages you can ask vs GPT-4. I noticed that the URL says that the model is text-davinci-002 is this an error? Am I not actually using GPT-3.5?

Does it matter? You are using ChatGPT, and you get what you get.

The name has been in use since ChatGPT in November, the model being likely trained off of a davinci-002 base, and it would be more validation to change the model called by software than to just send the call to the right model (or in the past, different models with suffix like -paid or -mobile or -codeinterpreter to greasemonkey)
