Hello OpenAI Support,

I am facing an unresolved ‘Suspicious Activity alert’ on my ChatGPT Plus account (Case Number: 07380938). This issue has been persisting for over a week, and despite following all troubleshooting steps, I am still unable to use the service as intended.

Details:

  • Issue started: Monday, 30th March 2026

  • Device/OS: iPhone 14 Pro (iOS 16.4), MacBook (macOS Monterey)

  • Browser: Safari

  • VPN/Proxy/Private Relay: None used

  • Actions taken:

    • Changed password

    • Enabled MFA/2FA

    • Logged out of all devices

    • Cleared cookies/cache

    • Tested on incognito mode

This alert is severely affecting my daily life, including critical legal, medical, and financial tasks. I have reached out to support multiple times, but the issue has not been resolved. I’m now posting here to seek a swift resolution.

Please advise on immediate next steps to resolve this issue and restore full access to my account. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
