Xustomer service has not responded to me for more than 3 months and bills me as if I had millions of users when I only have 300 per day maximum on my application.

3M tokens for 300 users is 10k tokens per user, this is not an excessive amount by any standard, a single multi question conversation can be well over 100k

Same here and I don’t even have and I don’t have any users. Same experience with customer service. Horrible. I just had to destroy all my keys, and break ties with Open AI.
