Timely support needed, please!
Our total usage in 25th-March-2023 (UTC) is USD$121 over the Hard limit, our RD engineers are pending due to this quota issue. I already sent a request form several times from 25th-March, but no responses yet. I also sent the same request to support@openai.com and rosie@openai.com this morning 27th-March.
We are eager to adjust the month quota from USD$120 to USD$1000 for a more enhanced feature test on our existing product.
Would you please help us to raise the quota ASAP?
