Urgent Help Needed: "Suspicious Activity" false positive cripples my Plus account for 4+ days - Ticket #05463781 ignored

Dear Community Moderators and OpenAI Team,

I am a paying ChatGPT Plus subscriber, and my account has been severely limited for over 4 days by a “Suspicious Activity Detected” flag. I can log in, but my paid feature — GPT-5.2 Thinking (Extended) — is completely blocked.

I have done absolutely everything requested by the official support, and more:

  1. Completed all security steps multiple times (changed password, enabled 2FA, logged out everywhere, cleared all browser data).

  2. Provided detailed evidence to the support team as requested: screen recordings of the error and HAR files for technical diagnosis.

  3. My support ticket is #05463781.

The result? For days, I receive only automated, circular replies repeating the same basic advice I’ve already followed. My diagnostic evidence is being ignored. This is a clear false positive in the security system, and the standard support channel has failed to escalate it.

As a paying customer, this complete standstill is unacceptable. Could a moderator or staff member please intervene and escalate this ticket internally? My account needs a manual review by the security team to lift this erroneous flag.
