I am experiencing same issue in My GPT

It’s true that everyone has the problem with the builder right now that it doesn’t appear at all
and it also affects the other programs that were included in the custom GPT
and from what we understand from
OPEN AI they are aware of these problems and are working on a fix and updates to the system
but there is no indication when the update to the system and the fix will be released.
So everyone is waiting right now in the hope that it will happen quickly and we can all get back to working on our projects, and see what improvements they will bring us too.

I have been dealing with this issue for 2 days - content help, updated the browser, etc. etc.

Nothing you do will help either.
Because the problems are from Open Ai
You just have to wait patiently until the system update and fixes are released.
It really sucks but let’s hope it’s worth it.

Yes, I have the same issue, since now 3 days, and it is a blocking for my works.
We need an update from OpenAI, at least to know the current status.

Good job. Nice to know about them trying to fix it. Hopefully they will find a better way to communicate issues in the future. Hope that it will be fixed soon. Kind of stucked

I just got a response from support as well:
Although they haven’t stated when the fix will be complete, as one of the primary features that’s gated behind a paid subscription I imagine the timeline is “yesterday”, and they are working around the clock to resolve.

In addition to the builder issue, I am experiencing further difficulties, as I am now consistently encountering network errors. Despite conducting tests with multiple internet connections and at least five distinct devices, the problem persists.

I have the same problem for the past 4 days and I get network errors too!

I tried cleaning Cache, going to new computer and using different browser. It has made no difference. No Create Tab in Configure!!

I went to new pc used a different browser, cleaned cache on main pc, tried my phone and tablet still no Create Tab in Configure that has Message line to test GPT.

Do we get refunds for removing functionality required that we pay for a depend upon? This is a ridiculuous response and the topic is not solved.

They are aware of the problem and are working diligently to fix everything.
Be patient, I received a response from them. This is what they said:

For those of you who want to work offline with the chat I found a solution
Through the website’s source, disable the hidden property of class=“flex w-1/3 md:hidden” after the configure button
This shows the preview button which actually shows the chat
