Uploaded files recognized by system but remain inaccessible for processing

I have been experiencing a persistent issue where, for a particluar session, uploaded files are recognized by the system but remain inaccessible for processing. This has happened multiple times across different days and attempts. The files appear in the upload confirmation, but when I try to analyze them, I receive an error indicating that they cannot be accessed.

This issue persists even when:

  1. Uploading at different times of day.
  2. Renaming the files before upload.
  3. Trying different formats and ensuring the files are correctly formatted.
  4. Re-uploading the same files multiple times.

Now on some days/sessions, the problem does not occur. But since this has occurred repeatedly, it seems to be a system-level restriction rather than an issue with the files themselves (I’m using the same auditory files – .wav). I rely on processing uploaded audio files for acoustic analysis, and this issue is significantly disrupting my workflow.

I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter so that I can successfully access and analyze my uploaded files. Please let me know if there are any troubleshooting steps I can take or if you think this requires a fix on OpenAI’s end.
