I have been unable to upload any documents since I signed up for a Plus account three weeks ago. I even upgraded to a Pro account a few days ago, but I still cannot upload any files (PDFs, images, ZIP archives). I have cleared the cache and cookies in my browser, yet the problem persists. I also tried zipping the files and use another browser, but that did not help. I am able to upload these files to other AI platforms without any issues, so the files themselves shouldn’t be corrupt. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this? This is more than annoying.
