Hope someone can assist. I have a plus subscription since last year for myself and a colleauge. I paid for one year in advance but I’d like to upgrade it to Teams. But when I chose upgrade, monthly, I am billed the full amount of 30 USD per month. Does it sound right that already paid is wasted or that one cannot upgrade without losing already paid subscribed?
