Dear OPEN AI, I am forced to accept the small updates you allow European users.
We do not have the memory launched in the US several months ago. My GPT totally ignores all custom instructions - why are those even there? As we cannot access Claude 3 (opus) (NO VPN does not work, requires US phone number) - we have no option but to be left behind. I work with GPT all day. But when working with GPT4 turbo takes more time than doing the task by yourself… it’s very frustrating.
