I’m currently building over 40 GPTs in a project, each with unique prompts and knowledge documentation. However, there are three specific documents I need to include in all of the GPTs. Unfortunately, when I try to upload these documents, I get the error: “Unable to upload [name].PDF.”
I’ve uploaded a total of approximately 2GB of documents across my GPTs. I recently deleted several GPTs and most of my chat history, but I still can’t upload the documents. The error occurs consistently, even though I was able to upload these documents to all but the last three GPTs.
I thought I might have hit a limit, but none of the GPTs have more than 14 documents, and the total storage used is less than 10GB.
Does anyone know why I’m encountering this issue? Maybe a bug?
