Please bring the desktop app’s Unified Recents experience to the ChatGPT iOS app.
Currently, conversations that belong to Projects, Work, or agent tasks are difficult to keep track of on mobile because they can remain hidden inside their respective Projects.
This becomes especially problematic when running several Work or agent tasks in parallel. When an agent finishes a task, there is no obvious global inbox showing which conversation was recently updated or completed.
I would like a global All Chats / Unified Recents view that shows every conversation ordered by its latest activity, regardless of where it belongs:
- Regular chats
- Chats inside Projects
- Work conversations
- Agent conversations
- Recently completed agent tasks
A conversation should automatically move to the top of this global list whenever there is new activity — including when an agent finishes working in that thread.
It would also be useful to display the context and status directly in the list, for example:
Startup Discovery · Project · Agent · Completed
The key use case is being able to start multiple agent tasks from the iOS app and later immediately see which tasks have finished and which conversations have changed, without manually opening every Project.
The desktop app’s Unified Recents approach already solves much of this problem. Bringing the same concept to iOS would significantly improve mobile workflows involving Projects, Work, and agents.
