Unfair file/image limits for free users - students & home users

Hello OpenAI team and community,

I would like to express my deep frustration regarding the severe limits imposed on free users, specifically the restriction of only 2 photos/files.

This policy heavily impacts students, researchers, and casual home users who rely on the tool for educational and daily support but cannot afford a premium subscription.

OpenAI’s models are built, trained, and refined using billions of data points and priceless interactions provided daily by the global community. It feels deeply unfair that while the community fuels the growth of these multi-billion dollar models, the everyday users who help test and improve them are met with such restrictive barriers.

Please consider raising the file and image limits for free accounts to support accessibility and education.
