Unable to use the OpenAI Platform because the dashboard appears to be completely broken

I’m currently unable to use the OpenAI Platform because the dashboard appears to be completely broken.

After signing in, the page either freezes or never finishes loading, so I can’t access my project settings or API keys. The entire dashboard becomes unresponsive: I can’t click buttons, navigate between pages, or even scroll.

I’ve already tried using Google Chrome, disabling extensions, and refreshing the page, but the issue persists.

The browser console also reports an error on the API Keys page:

api.openai.com/dashboard/user/api-keys:1

At the moment, this prevents me from accessing my existing project API keys or managing any of my projects.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Any updates from the OpenAI team would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I’ve installed the Edge browser to give it a go and it works; it must be some sort of issue with Chrome and Opera on Mac, because the OpenAI dashboard won’t load in either of them. We can close this tab – it might just be a one-off glitch, but it’s wasted quite a bit of my time, haha.

I just checked and I can access the platform.
There was a however a glitch where I had to log-in twice because the authentication cookie had been invalidated. On the second attempt it worked as expected.

I will keep monitoring for additional reports.

No problems here in the UK (Tested on Edge which is very Chrome like)

Works as intended with Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Brave. All with normal tabs and private tabs.

Can you create another user profile on Chrome and try again?
