Unable to use chatgpt plus even after the payment is done

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble with my ChatGPT Plus subscription. I made a payment of ₹1950 on Jan 13, 2025, but my account is still not showing as a Plus account.

Here are the details:

  • Payment Date: Jan 13, 2025
  • Amount: ₹1950
  • Issue: Subscription not activated

I have already tried logging out and back in, clearing my browser cache, and checking for email confirmations, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced this, or can someone from OpenAI help?

I have experienced the same, and still not been resolved.
Would sincerely appreciate if anyone can advise on how to resolve this issue as we are growing in numbers with no clear and immediate assistance from chatGPT Open AI.
