Unable to submit my application for the OpenAI Fund

I am trying to submit an application at OpenAI Startup Fund but the submit button sticks on “Submitting…”

I have tried both Chrome and Edge. My video is just over 100MB and I watched the NIC usage go up and back down.

Help?

Try again now. They’ve changed the application form to allow uploading a link to your video.
