Hello.
I cannot send any messages. The arrow turns gray when I hit it and stays like that forever. The default recommended prompts at the start of a new conversation do not work when clicked. It only refreshes with a new chat or if I refresh the web page. Everything was working fine earlier today. I have not received any other messages, errors or emails. Everything else while logged in works fine. I have tried clearing cookies, cache, logging out of all sessions, logging out of chrome, tried another browser, another device, changed the language from auto to English and back. No solution yet.
