Unable to see anything on dashboard of API Keys , also used first time open aichatbot still getting error

Hi I have tried to integrate open ai chatbot in my nextJs application but is is giving me error - message: ‘You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/error-codes/api-errors.’,
