Grats on launching GPT store, but when I tried to launch my GPT I find this issue causing, which disrupted the saving and publishing of GPT, sometimes even causing loop. anyone facing a similar problem?
Welcome. Do you have any other details? Is it giving you a specific error? Screenshot of what’s happening?
What happens when you click the edit button (pencil icon) in the top right of the “Unable to Load your…” message?
Did you cancel ChatGPT Plus?
Might need to reach out to help.openai.com
ETA: Mine’s not showing either currently… might be a problem on the backend…
I have the same issue, are they rolling it out solwly?
still on Plus, , not being able to publish today is fine but disruption on updating and problemshooting is just frustrating

got it, we now have enough time to try other GPTs in the store i guess lol
I think I may know why this is happening. (this is just a guess) I had gone in two weeks ago and made it so that it will not display any URL or Name under each GPT by turning these off in the Builder profile. I think anyone who did that may be seeing this error now.
