Unable to login to platform openai with user & pwd

Hello everyone.

I hope that my message is in the correct category.

Since last week, members of my team are no longer able to connect to platform_dot_openai_dot_com using user and password combination.
They tried multiple browser, cleaning cache/cookie, etc.

When they try to connect, there is a popup: “auth0.openai.com says
Failed to retrieve security token. Please try again.”

We firstly thought about temporary issue but it’s been a few days now.
Any help ?

Same here. Just started for me. Fixed by changing browsers. Maybe due to MacOS update – cached session/cookie data possibly.

Thanks for your answer.
We are working on windows here.
Already tried on multiple browser (Firefox & Chrome), with cache cleaned and incognito window.
No luck so far.
