Unable to load conversation, please help me here

I was suddenly unable to open a conversation while using gpt4, the message is:

Unable to load conversation 698ca1a4-c194-43ae-b0b7-c88397bf0821

I have tried to export the data but this one is not included. I have also tried to refresh or restart the pc and even clean the cookies but none of them work.

Please let me know how I can get access again as soon as possible since this conversation is super important to me.

Facing same issue, my whole chat and data is gone and tried all, clearing cache, log out, clear DNS
please do let me know if anything else can retrive my chat and data

I have the same problem unfortunately. I am not sure what is going on. It just started right now.
