Unable to find Beta to install Plug In on Plus Subscription

Unable to find the Beta to install Plug In on Plus Subscription.
The settings I can access is on the upper right hand corner and nothing on the lower left corner as instructed. I am paying for the Plus feature and want to plug in Canva to conduct work. Could someone please assist?

The closest thing I can think of for a plug-in for ChatGPT is a GPT

In using the ChatGPT option Explore GPTs with the search word cavna this is what appears
