Chat GPT had been working fine. About a week ago, memory failed. Only get temporary chats. Followed all recommendations as outlined by Support, but all fail. Problem first evidenced on MAC OS desktop but extends to all IOS devices. Attempted to create new account with different email but problem simply replicated in new account. Please advise.
