So I was in the middle of adding memories and after one prompt it just stopped adding it to the stored memories. I removed one large memory to see if I reached my max and re tried add a smaller memory and nothing happened is anyone else experiencing this issue? I have the auto manage memory on but I would assume it would tell me if I hit my limit. I am using iPhone app for it and I am up to date on the app.
Fixed it seems it gotten stuck when I was adding Large memories constantly.
Update.. it’s still happening. I stopped adding large memory’s for awhile support told me to wait a few days and I did. The auto sort memory is still broken. It has to be a back end issue because I haven’t seen anyone else posting this issue I assume the devs didn’t calculate someone reaching the threshold.
