Unable to Access Past Invoices After Subscription Cancellation

Hi,

I’m encountering an issue accessing my previous invoices after my subscription has ended. When I had an active subscription, I could easily view and download my billing history through “My Plan”, which redirected to pay.openai. com. However, now that my subscription is inactive, I cannot access this page anymore.

I have also checked my email history but haven’t received copies of these past invoices. I’ve already searched through the help documentation at help.openai .com but couldn’t find any information addressing my specific issue.

Since I require these documents for my records and they should be legally accessible without restriction, I would like to know how I can retrieve my past billing information through my account. How do I get these documents?

It took me 2 hours to find a solution without having to pay again. Ridiculous.

Here’s how to do it: Open the email you used for your subscription, search for “OpenAI,” and find the email that says “Renew Plan.” Click the button. Then, you will receive a verification code in your email. Use that code to access the link again. Once there, go to “Manage your OpenAI billing settings,” scroll down, and you will see your previous invoices available for download.
