I’ve encountered an issue with my O1 account and would like to seek your assistance. Several of my friends have successfully accessed and are using the O1 Pro Mode without any problems. However, when I attempt to enable the O1 Pro Mode on my account, it does not display the correct UI interface. Instead, it appears to be functioning only in the standard O1 mode.

Could someone please help me understand why this is happening and assist me in resolving the issue with my account? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support.

I have the exact same problem. Weird thing is on my phone I get the o1 pro mode with the thinking box but on my computer it doesn’t work. Just thinks for a second and then answers. Also neither o1 and o1 pro don’t accept pictures anymore for me.

How do I fix this! Disappointed to be paying.
