Trying to upgrade to Pro but credit card gets denied error 400

I cannot upgrade, the credit card keeps getting denied, but there is nothing wrong with my credit card, please upgrade the payment page with the latest standards, when I pay on Amazon for instance it’s asking me confirmation in my bank app and it works fine.

HTTP response is : Error 400 : “Unable to update plan from chatgptplusplan to chatgptpro, card was declined”.

Also your support center is just a Q&A so I can’t get in touch with somebody to take in the feedback let alone offer a solution.

I am facing the same issue. I’ve been trying to upgrade from Plus to Pro, but it was throwing an error. Tried multiple browsers and multiple cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex etc.). There was no proper support/guidance from the ChatGPT team either.
Can someone please help me in fixing the payment issue?
