I’m facing a strange issue with Trusted Access for Cyber, and I was hoping someone here might have experienced something similar or could offer some guidance.
Before subscribing to ChatGPT Pro, my account showed “Trusted Access active”, and everything seemed to be working fine.
Hi EricGT, I already contacted OpenAI Support, but they don’t understand the issue and keep repeating that I should log out and log back in to fix it, which hasn’t helped. That’s why I’m reaching out through this form for assistance.
I noticed that Trusted Access is showing as verified on my account again. I’m not sure if this happened because I refunded/canceled my subscription and am back on the free plan, or if it was fixed by you.
When I was on the Pro plan, Trusted Access was not active, but now it shows as verified.
