Why did the authentication fail? I have already passed the authentication in Persona, but why wasn’t it synchronized to this page? What’s going on? I asked the robot, but he didn’t know about my situation. Every time, he just provides unreasonable solutions. I have tried many times.

The error you're seeing can sometimes occur even after completing the verification flow. As a first step, I'd recommend working through the troubleshooting steps including refreshing the page, signing out and back in, trying an incognito/private browser window, and ensuring you're using a supported browser.
