Trouble using chat models after changing billing to prepaid

Not sure if anyone else ran into this. I changed my billing type to prepaid last week and since then I can’t use the chat API at all no matter what model I use. I just get a timeout error after a long wait. I changed this because someone told me it’s the only way to get access to the gpt4 model (I’ve had an account for 6+ months and never could use the gpt4 model). However now I’m dead in the water with any development. Anyone have a suggestion?
