Sometimes the ChatGPT desktop app on Windows 11 displays a “Too many requests” error even though I am not sending requests quickly or using the app heavily. The issue appears randomly and temporarily prevents me from
accessing my conversations.
Reloading or waiting a few minutes usually helps, but the error keeps occurring from time to time.
