Title: Web Browsing Feature Removed – Formal Complaint Ignored, No Real Response After 10 Days Category:

I’m a long-term ChatGPT Plus subscriber (account: rhino7115@gmail.com), and I’m writing this after 10 days of being ignored following a formal complaint about the sudden removal of the Web Browsing (Deep Research / Telescope) feature.

I submitted a detailed and respectful letter explaining how this abrupt feature removal has directly damaged my client trust and my livelihood. As a paying user, I’ve fully honored my part of the agreement: prompt payments, compliance with policies, and heavy integration of ChatGPT into my professional services.

But so far, I’ve received no actual response. Just generic replies that feel disconnected from the situation. The most recent reply was a boilerplate message that didn’t acknowledge any of my previous messages or concerns. It feels as if my complaint was never reviewed.

This isn’t just about a missing feature. This is about how OpenAI is treating individual users who rely on this platform not just for curiosity, but for their careers.

I’m asking the OpenAI community and moderators:

  • Is there a pathway for real escalation?
  • Who holds responsibility when trust is broken without warning?
  • Are individual users being taken seriously at all?

I request immediate attention to this issue. At the very least, I deserve a response that reflects the seriousness of what I’ve shared.

Sincerely,
Ryusei H.
