Subject: Recurring Prompt Error & Inaccurate System Status Reporting
Hi,
Today I’ve encountered the same error approximately 150 times, which is becoming increasingly disruptive. What’s frustrating is that according to OpenAI’s status page, everything is listed as “fully operational” — which is clearly not the case.
If the platform is experiencing technical instability, it should be accurately reflected on the status page to avoid confusion and wasted time for users.
To be clear, my prompt is very straightforward and should not trigger any issues:
