It has been a week since GPT-4 stopped working. It generates no responses and displays an error message: “There was a problem preparing your chat. Please refresh the page and try again”.
The various solutions suggested in the forum by changing the browser settings don’t work, i.e., removing URL blockers, allowing JavaScript, and clearing the conversation history. Has the ChatGPT support team begun investigating and searching for a solution to this issue? It’s frustrating to pay for a service that doesn’t function.

So frustring ! I will stop my subscription at the end of the month. They don’t care about us.

I have the same problem. Same notification, no anwsers from gpt-4. I can use only 3.5.

I am also having the same problem. Would be nice if we could get less erroneous error messages.

Same problem. It happened a while ago and eventually just resolved. Now it’s been going on for at least a week. I updated my browser; signed out and signed in again; and unblocked the ad blocker but nothing helped.
