I’m currently using the 20x subscription. With my previous account, my weekly limit used to be between $2,000 and $2,600, but with the new account I registered this month, the limit was $2,000 for the first subscription. After the reset, it dropped to $1,200, and after three resets, it’s now down to about $450. Each reset results in a progressively lower weekly limit. This issue is also occurring with other subscription plans. Is this an account issue or a reset issue?

That’s an important point that you really should have included in your first statement 
So you are using a third party tool to make that judgement … interesting.
However, my other account, which I’ve been using for two years, is working fine.
It’s an open-source project on GitHub that tracks usage.
Anecdotally I think you may be on to something!
I’ve been running three projects in parallel this morning and whilst that’s more than I would normally do (usually 2 sessions in parallel) - it does feel like consumption of quota is significantly faster than last reset?
Yes, I’m sure others have experienced this as well. It probably isn’t a problem with the third-party tool; this issue started a few days ago.

For my part, I’m still going to try to provide some additional data using my Codexometer tool, but there’s paid work to be done too …
Note for low confidence estimates, Codexometer must be running for at least 5% quota consumption - if you quit it will wipe its progress - I may look at persisting things a bit more.
Hey @plutavian, I can see why the estimate dropping after each reset is concerning, especially when your older account looks different.
Since the dollar amounts come from CPA Management, I can’t tell from those estimates alone whether your account’s allowance changed or a reset failed. Codex usage can also vary with the model and task; the Codex usage guide explains what affects it.
If this is still happening, check Settings → Usage for the official weekly usage remaining and reset time. If that view or your actual access looks wrong, please send OpenAI Support a redacted screenshot, the Codex client and model, and a recent example with its time zone.
