There are 15$ points in my account, but it still shows that it is not activated


I have 15$ points in my account and there are no unpaid bills in my account, but my account is still showing as inactive.

You might go into “billing history”, and see if you have an outstanding negative balance that has been converted into a monthly invoice due, needing separate payment.

If you have no monthly bills showing to be paid, you’ll have to send a “help” message through the platform site to get the account straightened out.

Also view other organizations if you have more than one to select at upper-left.
