Since yesterday, the duration of GPT-4 chat has dramatically decreased. It freezes for an hour and a half after just 45 minutes of work. It has frozen five times since yesterday. Until yesterday, I used it for hours without encountering such issues. I’m paying $20 a month, which is RIDICULOUS! Is this happening to others? Have you found a solution?

The service has been degrading for a while now. Lazy messages which do not answer the question or request. Needing to do multiple messages to actually get the right answer, and then you’ve reached the cap. I’m leaving until I hear it has become better. This is absolute greed.

I agree. Today is the first time ever I hit the cap and it happened really fast. Never seen it before. If this keeps up, it will not be worth keeping my Plus subscription which would make me very sad.

I saw that my ChatGPT-5 has hit its limit in 10 messages because I use the free plan—and I think that limit is completely restricted, or very greedy.
The thing that frustrates the most is their slogan is “Feel free to ask” while the truth is the limit is very limited (like 10–14 messages approximately), and I am not happy with that limit at all. My suggestion is OpenAI should make us have the limit of 25+ messages which feels more reasonable.
What do you guys think of my opinion?
