A visual model I put together to explain what people mean by the so-called “2027 window”.

It’s not a prediction or a timetable — it’s a way of visualizing how capability, intent, opportunity, and triggers interact, and why risk discussions often focus on thresholds rather than dates.
This is deliberately high-level and non-operational.

The left side shows forces that push a system toward execution; the right side shows forces that keep it pre-execution.
The key idea is that once a frame becomes executable, alternatives tend to stop being equally live.
