The output speed of GPT-4o in ChatGPT (web and app) is extremely slow

When using GPT-4o via the API, the output speed is approximately 55 tokens per second.
However, when using it in ChatGPT (based on my measurements), the speed is ONLY 17 tokens per second.
This feels slow on both the web and the Android app, and it frustrates me immensely.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
Could this be a problem with ChatGPT or OpenAI?

Same here it’s been very bad lately. 9 t/s for a response in fresh chat with everything disabled possible like custom instructions, memory, web search, canvas etc all tools (just tried this for test, apparantly it doesnt affect the problem at all what you have enabled)
