The "hmm... something seems to have gone wrong" problem

chat messages disappear and a “hm…something went wrong” window appears. they’ve been disappearing a few times, before that they’ve been hanging around the message board for a while, they’re disappearing before my message, which was written an hour or two before. I tried the standard troubleshooting tips, but they didn’t help. Technical support was no help either. I tried the advice to insert a picture in the message, to stop the reply, but they did not help. I use GPT 3.5 or GPT Auto (i dont know) for android app
