OpenAI is on an all-out mission to fix bugs in ChatGPT.
After looking at many bug reports over the last few years, I think this is a good moment for the community to step up and report everything we can clearly reproduce. Even the C-suite is getting involved.

Thanks for posting this here @vb. Having a central place for clearly reproducible reports really does help, especially when more visibility is finally getting put on long-running issues.
The more people can include exact steps, screenshots, and consistent repro cases, the easier it is for patterns to surface instead of isolated complaints.
