Speaking form a coding standpoint:

  • It makes basic rookie mistakes
    • Like using methods that were depreciated years ago (like 2018)
  • Doesn’t understand my meaning or intentions anymore
    • It used to get this right out the gate
  • Constantly removes subtly and nuance
    • All the things that make the code work
  • Renames things willy-nilly
    • So I can’t copy/paste code

It was not like this a week ago

With the model like it is now, things have slowed to a grinding halt. I’m constantly fighting with the ai (put this back, stop renaming things, etc. etc.) and it just continues to ignore what I’m asking for.

It’s also constantly ignoring instructions.

I will tell it, hey don’t do X - and it literally does it in the next sentence.

Like I don’t know what changes were made in the past week, but roll that shit back!
