Text-davinci-003 random responses

For some time the api responses were generated correct. But now davinci gives random responses that have absolutely nothing to do with the prompt. Nothing was changed in the prompt nor in the configurations.

Prompt:
Please provide a challenging {topic} related question in JSON format.
The json should include fields ‘question’, ‘answer’, ‘hints’, ‘units’.
The answer is a numeric value without words.
‘units’ specifies the units of the answer, it is a string value.
You should also include a ‘hints’ field with three helpful clues to assist the respondent in making an educated guess without revealing the answer.
‘hints’ is a list of strings.
The hints should give a real possibility to guess the answer.
Give good, well thought out hints.
The hints should differ as much as they can from each other.
Create a question that is global, europe- or Germany-related.

A few weeks ago, I wrote a post about my experience with the new Google Photos app.
At the time, I was mostly impressed with the app and its features. But since then, I’ve been using the app more and more, and I’m even more impressed with it.
First off, the interface is incredibly intuitive. It’s very easy to navigate, and all the features are clearly labeled and easy to find.
The search feature is also incredibly powerful. You can search for photos by date, location, or even the people in them.
The app also has some really great editing tools. You can crop, rotate, adjust brightness and contrast, and even add filters.
Finally, the sharing options are really great. You can easily share photos with friends and family, or even post them to social media.
All in all, the Google Photos app is a great way to store, organize, and share your photos. It’s easy
