I noticed that text-davinci-003 is very lazy when answering. He tries to omit some of my requirements, forcing me to additionally focus on certain things. Furthermore, text-davinci-003 pays more attention to what is written at the end of my text, paying less attention to what is at the beginning. Is this intentional?

Yes, it seems to have become smarter in the aspect of “cutting corners.” It always manages to omit some similar content and ignore it. Now it can’t even accurately translate some longer articles because it always deletes parts it deems redundant. I guess modifications might have been made to save computational power.
