I correspond with people in prison who are not allowed to place calls to toll-free numbers. They are limited to phones calls 15-minutes or less. Their calls aren’t allowed to go through until the answering party acknowledges a warning that the call has originated from a prison.
These are severe barriers, but perhaps someone can find a way over, under, or through them, so that prisoners could access GPT services?
