On the account biuro@*******.pl I bought a workspace subscription for 2 accounts for which I paid. Then the employees gave more than 2 emails and the system tried to charge me for another user but the transaction failed. Now when I click reactivate workspace the system forces me to buy another 2 licenses and I don’t need them I want to use the 2 I already bought. What now because I paid but I don’t have access. Please help
