Team Owner at platform.openai.com, select All Products - ChatGPT. That opens in free account mode, prompting to upgrade to Plus.
If you select Upgrade to Plus it asks for credit card and won’t use Team account billing.
Is that a bug or feature?

You need to manage your Team subscription via the chat interface via the ‘Manage Workspace’ functionality.
The platform and the Team subscription are indeed not related.
