Hi all,
Does anybody know what the typical response time from the support team is? I asked a couple of questions 1 week ago, and they’re still showing as unseen.
I don’t mind longer times, and I know the good folks on the OpenAI team must be super busy, but it’d be good to be able to set my expectations for response times.
