Support action needed. I am unable to access the GPT-4 feature from 1 week!

I am writing this email to express my disappointment and frustration with the current situation that I am facing with my ChatGPT Plus subscription. Despite being a subscriber of ChatGPT Plus and having paid for the service, I am unable to access the GPT-4 feature from a few days. I had access to previously. It appears that my paid account is not being recognized by the system, and I am left without the service that I had paid for.

As a loyal subscriber, I expect to receive the service that I have paid for. It is unacceptable that I am facing this issue, especially since I have been a subscriber for some time now. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter as soon as possible and restore my access to GPT-4.
